The Challenge: Ultra Machining Company challenged Olson General Contractors to create a new headquarters and manufacturing facility that surpassed normal expectations for Industrial design and function. UMC wanted a look that equaled their customer's facilities on a tight budget with very specific technical requirements.

The Olson Solution: Following the design/build philosophy, Olson worked closely with the architect and owner throughout the process to create a building that exceeds UMC's expectations in visual appeal, form and function. Key to the success of the project was the collaboration established early; from site selection and budgeting, continuing with interior design and machine layout, all the way through final completion.
