Projects Olson General Contractors

Northern Clay Center
Minneapolis, Minnesota
Studio, Exhibit Space & Classrooms

Architect: MS & R, Josh Stowers

The Challenge: Northern Clay Center, a non-profit ceramic arts organization which produces exhibitions and classes for the general public and operates studios and sales galleries for individual artists, badly needed to expand and improve their physical plant. Based on their architect’s recommendation, they selected Olson General Contractors as their builder of choice. Of utmost concern were budget constraints, aesthetics and minimizing disruption to its customers and participants.

The Olson Solution: Olson worked closely with the owner to establish both cost-effective solutions and a schedule to meet their criteria. The result was a new space delivered within their budget and as scheduled, with minimal disruption to their business.
