The Challenge: Tired, inadequate facilities were putting a damper on the growth of this suburban congregation. New and/or remodeled facilities were desperately needed to meet both current and future needs. The widening of adjacent Highway 10 created an additional challenge, limiting options available for expansion. Budget constraints necessitated creativity in both planning and execution.

The Olson Solution: Olson assembled a design/build team which spent months in programming, preliminary design and budget testing to unearth a mix of site utilization, demolition and new construction, and remodeling activities which met the owner's objectives for form, function and budget. Olson's assistance in integrating the owners' own materials and work forces maximized the use of all available dollars. The completed project has met with rave reviews from congregation members, neighbors and visitors alike.
