The Challenge: The image portrayed by a highly successful precision machining company no longer matched the high tech nature of the aerospace and medical technology companies it served. A new updated look was needed, however, the opportunities for expansion were severely limited by a small site and poor soil conditions.

The Olson Solution: Working jointly with the Owner and Architect, Olson crafted a solution which wrapped the new space around the existing building consistent with setback requirements and a narrow band of biddable soil. The finished product screens a bulk of the existing building from the street and provides a stunning new look. A skylight running the length of the office provides natural light to all office areas, both existing a new. Response from customers and other visitors has been overwhelmingly positive.
