The Challenge: The owner, having seen a dynamic office environment recently constructed by Olson in a historic downtown building, wanted to generate the same creative surroundings within a staid, cookie-cutter Eden Prairie, multi-tenant industrial building. The owner also wished to integrate his own work forces and materials into the project in an effort to minimize the project cost and accelerate the schedule.

The Olson Solution: Relying upon the boundless creative skills of Meyer, Scherer & Rockcastle, Ltd. Architect's Kate Bergquist, with whom Olson has worked on several projects, and bringing to the table budget-conscious ideas to implement the architect's vision, an incredible transformation took place. They created a space which, in the words of the owner, generate "Wow!", as the first word uttered when a visitor enters Augustine's new facility.
