The Challenge: Develop a complete full service lumber yard to supply builders in the rapidly growing development south of the river. The raw site was an undeveloped 11+ acre full of bedrock and boulders.

The Olson Solution: Olson's design build staff assembled a team of professionals to make use of the sites assets, including the bedrock that was crushed on site for base material, and completed the entire project in less than seven months. Today it is a busy and productive location servicing a broad area.
