The Challenge: As a primary provider of printing and related services to the food container industry, Walter G. Anderson, Inc. had grown. Additional production and office space was needed. Property for expansion was available, but a recent tightening of building codes, zoning regulations and watershed issues created a myriad of issues to sort through prior to gaining building permits.

The Olson Solution: For over 35 years, Walter G. Anderson has looked to Olson to provide creative solutions for their construction needs. Whether 130,000 sq. ft. of space associated with four building additions or constructing new "mega" machine bases within a working plant, Olson has always met the challenge. Once again, Olson assembled a design/build team structured to deal with the specific issues associated with the current project resulting in seamless finished product which met the goals and expectations of City and Owner alike.
