The Challenge: Accomplish the total renovation of an existing 80,000-square foot building to house a new and expanded national call center in just three months!

The Olson Solution: The project included demolition and reconstruction, including the installation of miles of new phone and data cable, as well as more than 400 computer workstations. The planning, design and execution of this comprehensive renovation was completed, on time and on budget, in less than 90 days.
