The Challenge: U.S. Filter Control Systems acquired a 60,000 square foot building that needed to be renovated to meet its needs for occupancy just 45 days later!

The Olson Solution: Using a fast-track construction approach tailored to meet the client's specific requirements, Olson General Contractors gutted and remodeled the entire building, creating 30,000 sq. ft. of new office space and 30,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehouse space, all of it accomplished without disturbing or interfering with highly confidential projects. The completed building was delivered and occupied on time and on budget.
