The Challenge: The lifelong dream of the clients, to build her own dance and performance arts studio proved to be beyond her budget limits when considering previous design/build estimates. Olson was retained to create a distinctive, high quality and functional facility for her classes.

The Olson Solution: Working closely with the architect, Olson's team explored many alternatives in both materials and structural systems until they found the right combination. Today, the client is operating in a flexible and well-designed 5,800-square foot facility that includes two large dance studios, piano and voice instruction rooms as well as changing rooms and waiting areas. The sharp-looking and comfortable interior have helped the studio's enrollment grow dramatically since opening.
