The Challenge: Faced with growing space needs but a limited budget, St. Al's selected Olson General Contractors to work within the design/build process to resolve a projected $750,000 budget overrun in their initial plans. Our challenge was to preserve the integrity of the architects' original design, while finding a way to deliver the project within the strict limitations of their budget.

The Olson Solution: Seeking creative ways to solve the problem, we developed and explored a variety of options. Finding alternative materials and creating new space configurations proved to be fundamental in completing the 22,000 square feet of new construction on time and under budget.
